I don't usually call for something like this, but please please please, if you are an FTE, name and shame the company here. If this company wants to ride a wave of publicity and good will by telling the world they offer paid paternity leave, they should face the public scrutiny and blowback for such a disgracefully uneven application of said leave policy.
