Maybe it's because I primarily use Brave, Samsung Internet, and sometimes Firefox on Android, but amp pages never load quickly for me. It's usually quicker to click the link and load the source page even bogged down with all the ads, trackers, and slow servers!! I just don't get it. Maybe it works great in the Google News app, but nowhere else I've seen and I refuse to use Chrome on Android. With the lack of ad blocking the web is borderline unusable on a phone.
