Suppose HK and Singapore do not (probably it has to be illegal there too for extradition to succeed) extradite them. An Interpol alert will make sure they are stuck there--forever.
- pkaye 7y agoYes that is true. Any time anytime crosses a border they are at risk if the other country has an extradition treaty.
