Serious question: What do you think about that now?

  Oops, I never ressponded to you, hope you check your threads once in a while. I'm guessing that I would have been bored as a baker. My parents are both scientists, I was good at math when I bothered to do my homework. And when I learned programming in high school, it clicked for me almost instantly. Granted, I took the test sometime around 1978, when the whole world was just about to change thanks to microcomputers, and I hopped onto that bus. Baking has probably become more of a niche activity, given that it already succumbed to automation when I took the test. (There is no way that the "careers" in the test were not at least 20 years out of date).
