He's living for a year on only food he planted or forages from naturally growing sources. He's in Orlando, Florida. I find him inspirational. I'm now growing tomatoes, herbs, and salad greens in my windowsill and I've foraged several pounds of fruit and herbs from near my home -- and I live in Manhattan! I can't believe how delicious and plentiful they are.
