"Subpar" is a very mild word to describe what was done there.
- rootusrootus 7y agoA lot of people would say that is the exception that proves the rule. And in any case, ultimately Apple will stand behind the repair, making it right. I've had two acquaintances get brand new MacBooks after the Genius Bar couldn't get their machine fixed correctly.
