is there a way for people to write a letter of reconsideration on this patent to USPTO by general public or may be a petition backed by a group?
- sova 7y agoUnder the America Invents Act there are 3 ways to challenge patent validity. By partes review (2nd option), with prior art, you must show it's either not inventive, or not novel (violating sections 102 or 103 of 35 U.S.C.)
