- amaccuish 7y agoSure, but I was responding to the idea that literally just having a TV means you have to pay it. But ye for most people having a TV is synonymous with having a TV license. I remember at uni though having to have a TV license, even not having a TV, to watch iPlayer. And there is no such thing as a communal license in halls.
