Based on their account, your bar for security engineers is far higher than the norm. I seriously question whether you understand how mediocre the mean security engineer actually is, even at top tier companies, given that you seem to surround yourself with top tier talent. There is a vast ocean of OWASP 101 grads landing senior positions out there.
