Real question: should they be trained in formal logic? Should everyone be trained in formal logic? (I think so, anyway)
- thatsJustBadUX 7y agoLawyers are generally trained in formal logic and in Canada is necessary knowledge for them to enter law school. Source: Sister was studying the Canadian LSAT.
- pnw_hazor 7y agoUnfortunately there is little use for formal logic in the practice of law.
