A relative once had to send an invoice to several people. He got he invoice by email, printed it, scanned it, and then attached the thing in a new email. The weird part is that he's been using computers for years, even before the Internet. I can't imagine the trouble he had finding out how to scan, where to find the file and how to attach it. Actually he still doesn't understand the difference between email and a browser.
