  Do all of the marketplaces really demand exclusive contracts? Not all of them, but often the payout then drops to an even more outrageous amount.     Maybe there's a market opportunity for a theme marketplace that takes a cut closer to the apple-like levels without requiring exclusivity (à la Apple)...
