I'd be interested in a version that used the Vision Framework. Back when I looked at the Apple frameworks for iOS, they utilized the Neural Engine hardware available on iPhones while OpenCV didn't (that may have changed). The laptop hardware is different of course, but it would be an interesting performance comparison.
