I use the Kinesis Freestyle Pro with Cherry MX Brown switches. It's great ergonomically speaking. The hand position is very comfortable, the keys are top quality, and I don't have to move the hand too much to use the mouse. Also, very little re-learning required since the keys are in pretty standard positions. I highly recommend it.
