I know it was a rhetorical question but of course not. This a pretty clear cut case, if you break the law you while you are doing an activity, you deserve to be kicked out from any platform you use to promote your work. Threatening people should be taken very seriously.She should be thankful she embodies the right demographic so authorities were very lenient.
- Sohcahtoa82 7y agoIt really wasn't intended to be rhetorical question. I was hoping the parent commenter would answer the question, because the fact that he seems upset about Soph getting deplatformed indicates that he doesn't think that death threats should be grounds for deplatforming. I'm really hoping that what actually happened is that gfosco didn't read the article and is unaware about what Soph specifically said to get her kicked off YouTube and Patreon.
