Food production is a larger source of pollutants than transportation in the global economy.
- AstralStorm 7y agoHmm... Not yet but close enough. Unless you consider destruction of ecosystems and habitats, then way yes.
- habnds 7y agoif you only look at primary source you're correct. But if you assign pollution by end product then food production is the worst. Fertilizer production and food supply chains are part of food production imho.
