If your accountant cannot tell you how to do this, you need to fire him/her and get a competent one. Hiding behind 'tax evasion' so that you can get away with paying people in 'nice lunches' (lol) is ridiculous.

The fact is that to pay someone properly for a half day test is not straightforward here in the UK (assuming you want to do it legally; obviously you could just give them cash). I've actually spent time looking in to it.
