- pietroglyph 7y agoThis case wasn't about taxes, it was about controlling wheat supply in order to stabilize the national wheat price during the Great Depression.
- NullPrefix 7y agoWhat you're saying is correct, however, my point is that, intended or not, one part of government is giving power to another part of government.
