Can anybody tell me if the same laws cover illustrations in old books that cover the words?
- jandrese 7y agoAs far as I know the copyright terms for illustrations are the same as the ones for the written word. However, you could theoretically have a situation where the artist renewed the copyright on the images but the author did not renew the copyright on the words, or vice versa.
