Your comment comes across as intentionally condescending, so it doesn't really seem designed to inform or persuade. You should probably reflect on your motivation in making it, as most of the plausible motivations I can ascribe to it most people would consider problems that need resolving. (Possibly an attempt at feeling superior, possibly a resentment at the burden of raising children--hard to say, but also hard to come up with anything charitable for a comment that, as mentioned, seems to have condescension as its main focal point.)
