Most non-iPhone smartphones don’t provide security updates for more than a few years. The hardware isn’t much use if the software is unsecured.
- jayd16 7y agoI really do not think this is a concern that the general public has or is aware of. Never has anyone told me the main reason they're upgrading their phone is because their old one is not getting security updates.
