Also - despite it maybe being a bit intense with the topic around it - http://railsforzombies.org/ http://railsforzombies.org/ - is done in a brilliant way for learning. Maybe more for teens - and I dont see why someone couldn't rehash the zombie idea into something like ponies and teddy bears or something cute.
