- MagnumOpus 7y agoThe ULEZ only applies to 20-year-old bangers which probably shouldn't be on the road in the first place, and to old diesels.
- wastedhours 7y agoEr... my car is eligible for it, and it's certainly not a "banger". Though it is 20 years old.
