- bregma 7y agoThe city near me bans animal waste from landfill and composting. You're required to take it home and flush it. Signs in the parks issue that directive and quote the appropriate bylaw. Me, where I walk my dog he squats in the ditch between the pile of bear scat and the dead raccoon carcass. We lack the delicate sensitivities of sophisticated city dwellers.
