That's if they even survive a court challenge and if the drug price disclosure is anything to go by, they won't. This is just bullshit the current administration is pushing to pretend like they are doing something positive for healthcare when all they want is to take people's healthcare away and let them die so that money can be used to line the pockets of insurance and other companies.
