- tvanantwerp 7y agoI work for a DC-based non-profit. As we solicit donations in all 50 states, we have to register in all 50 states and meet their varied paperwork requirements. A small industry has sprung up around non-profit state registrations, and we are happy to outsource to it; we'd never manage it otherwise.
- wrycoder 7y agoRegistrations are one thing, and there are indeed many organizations more than happy to take your money to do a quick registration. But how are you going to handle the yearly (or more often) tax filings in all these jurisdictions going forward?
