In theory if they charge for the course they do.
- CesareBorgia 7y agoIf the course is less than $2k or $3k (can't remember the exact figure), the regulations don't apply. Also, it depends on who the payer is. If the purchasers are solely companies (think corporate training), this regulation doesn't apply.
