- cheez 7y agoIn the past, I've asked for a 100% refund of fees before filing a complaint with the association and have received back 50%. You may want to go that route. Literally just one fax. They want to avoid any complaints on their record, especially valid ones.
- gigatexal 7y agoOf course your choice to make but I would fight them.
- choppaface 7y agoPut the info in a shoebox and weight the statute of limitations. I've seen a start-up sue its lawyers and sadly that was the main way they generated revenue that quarter.
