I'm in the UK... I just went to amazon.de and while the interface isn't the same (they make it harder to find the contact us form it seems), I still had the option to pick "call me" and then pick a german number.

I don't know which amazon you are looking at. This is what I see in my business account: https://pasteboard.co/IqF4F4q.png https://pasteboard.co/IqF4F4q.png There is no option to call anybody and have them call me back.
