I'm pleased that people seem to agree that compile-time reflection is a no brainer, even though it still won't be coming until C++23 at the earliest.
I'm sick of the dumb preprocessor hacks required for something as simple as iterating through enum values with their string representations.
- ludamad 7y agoI would love that feature, and the ability to have a function that takes name + value pairs from a struct. However I suppose once you go down that rabbit hole, you may as well have all the features of annotating members and accessing that data too
