It doesn’t bother me much even though beards are nearly universal where I live among men (Texas) and all the men in my family grow full, uniform-colored lumberjack beards. Do you really care about having a beard? It sounds like you care more about fitting in with other people around you. A beard will never make or break you, forget about it, show your value through something meaningful and people will respect far more than anything that can grow on your face.
