The neuro community correctly viewed this project as a massive scam. Blaming them for not going along with it seems shortsighted to me.
- buboard 7y agoI think criticism was overblown as well. The many thousands of small electrophysiology projects testing a single hypothesis also cost a ton of money and mice lives, and do not have ambitious goals. A concerted, centralized effort often breeds spectacular results.
