  It is officially linked from the FTC.gov website. https://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/cases-proceedings/refunds/equifax-data-breach-settlement https://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/cases-proceedings/refunds/eq... So I strongly doubt it is a scam.

    This is official, but remember what happened when we assumed that links from official sources were official. Healthy paranoia :)

  Every domain I register is registered with WHOIS protection as well.
