There's no widow or disability welfare in Japan?
- hurrdurr2 7y agoRegardless whether there is some form of welfare to help widows or the disabled in Japan there's nothing wrong with extending a helping hand; it's the human thing to do in the face of tragedy. Are you suggesting that this is unnecessary?
