How many companies provide a company phone and allow the employee to use it for personal stuff? I thought that was the norm. I would question any company that expected me to provide my own phone to perform their tasks. Of course if they paid me enough, this would be negotiable. Regardless, if I installed their remote monitoring S/W on my phone or used their phone, I would abandon any expectation of privacy on that device.
