For the record, I don't really believe there is an intentional or malicious maligning of legitimate Title IX use. I just think this whole narrative is terribly strange and in the exact framing of evil, wealthy feminist women targeting vulnerable men by weaponizing social justice policies while also claiming to be the victims of disenfranchisement. It's almost exactly the thing that I hear from MGTOW or incel communities to the letter, except it's actually happening. Do we know if there are any law blogs or anything following the actual proceedings? I'd love to see what evidence has been established in court.
