I did not see any author names there that I recognized. I would imagine most people in academia know that most papers published are published "just to publish" to help one's academic career, mostly by MSc and PhD students. They are essentially "write-only" papers. Everyone has to start somewhere. Now, if we saw something like this out of DeepMind or OpenAI or in Nature, that would be worrying.
