  They're probably still moving stuff to Azure after the acquisition. If my memory serves, there was an uptick in outages ~6 months after the buyout.

    6 months after an IPO is often the conclusion of a typical employee lockout period on shares, which can also be a time of more frequent team members leaving. I wonder what the retention incentive period was for Github employees; it's often a year, and the Github acquisition was mid-2019...
