I think remote roles are becoming a lot more accepted in tech. No time wasted on the commute, and companies can save costs of office spaces, etc.

- eeeeeeeeeeeee 7y agoI think it’s also the realization of a supply problem. A lot of companies around the world cannot compete on compensation with the larger tech companies in the Bay Area, and many people don’t want to move there, so it’s win-win.
