We shouldn't forget Google couldn't compete with Youtube either. Google had to buy Youtube because Googlevideo was not as good.
Twitch found a way to compete just fine.
- mysticlabs 7y agoYes. It had live video, and live streaming in 2007 that is better than what YouTube even offers today. LiveVideo.com had way more features than YouTube even has today. Justin.tv which eventually became Twitch actually struggled and almost failed before they were able to capture the live streaming gaming market.
