At least public universities have some accountability to the law.
- barry-cotter 7y agoAny university that takes federal funds is amply exposed to the law of an administration wishes to so expose it.
- dillonmckay 7y agoHowever, a state university is also bound by the laws of the state, and are responsible to the voters at some basic level.
