I don't know about the actual "10x" label or how to even measure that objectively. And I am not even gonna go discussing the weekend tweet storm. But, programmers can tremendously improve their own efficiency/output by building their own collection of libraries and toolkits. Pretty much by now, we all have seen more or less the same things. So if we have a vast archive of tools, our productivity can be crazy high.
