Disclosure: I know Jason, he's a friend. Jason actually is in fact a startup CEO. You'll hear about his CEO-ness in the coming months, but just wanted to point that out. On the other hand, I'm not a CEO (I'm founder/CTO) but feel like I've got a decent sense for what it takes to be a good one. I felt like his points were dead-on. But, that's just one (more) opinion.
