I guess you can avoid them by simply not going on any website. recaptcha in particular is extremely vicious: you can't avoid it without giving up access to the website - even though that website isn't Google's property. With cloudflare forcing recaptcha if they don't like you, this effectively blocks an extremely large portion of the internet out.
