Hah! That's great. In what kind of bulletproof-vest requiring situation is being strapped to a chair an advantage?!
- ghostbrainalpha 7y agoYou aren't stuck to the chair, the bullet proof vest comes off the chair and so you can take it with you. Perfect for teachers in a school shooting situation where they can use the chair to block the door and protect the whole class, or put on the vest as they escort their class outside.
