Isn’t this illegal? You are not allowed to discriminate by gender.
On the other hand, you can promote your postings through women-targeted meetups (women in tech, geek girls carrots).
- JoeAltmaier 7y agoNo affirmative action is not 'illegal'. Nobody is being hired by just making the list. Its a recruiting effort, right? Now, if a company said "We're only hiring from this list" then that's a problem.
