Didn't you just dismiss all concerns of uv radiation from the sun since it just hits the top layer of the skin?
- merpnderp 7y agoYou're comparing 400nm wavelengths to 1cm wavelengths. Ultraviolet obviously penetrates the top layer of the skin as it is much more energetic.
