I'd hate this. I'm using random strings as username and other random strings as passwords whenever allowed, my password manager keeps track of them. I have a physical backup of my password manager (two physical devices) which I keep synced, because I realize how screwed I am if I lost them.. I would prefer the option to set an "I do _NOT_ want to be able to reset my lost password" when creating an account.
