- m0llusk 7y agoNo, that is a cynical take based on the results of our having abandoned eternal vigilance in favor of simplistic ideas about how markets work. Corporations are for organizing complex activity. They exist because they can eliminate some of the costs of everyone acting as free agents, though that competitive advantage appears to be slipping over time.

Why do you think organizing complex activity requires a corporation ? Complex activity is organized in all forms of business ownership. Wtf ?
