I suppose that’s true. But it also occurs to me that their ops team is not your ops team, their observability stack is not yours, etc. I work for a company that’s fairly well known here. I can’t recall us having an outage (or something less severe than a full outage) that was our cloud provider’s fault and not ours. I’d recommend the appropriate caution before “blaming the compiler”.
